The 2020-2021 HOA Board
Sue Lane-Vice President
WE ARE LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS TO HELP US WITH OUR NIGHT PATROL. THE VOLUNTEERS PATROL THE PARK MAKING SURE THE VEHICLES PARKED ON THE STREET HAVE THE PROPER PERMITS, GARAGE DOORS ARE CLOSED, AND COMMON AREAS ARE LOCKED. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED CALL THE OFFICE AT
If you’re a homeowner you’ll be given the password to access the Homeowner’s page. Please contact us for any assistance.
Our streets are narrow and not well lit at night. If we have too many cars parked and RVs have their slide outs open, it can make it difficult for emergency personnel to get where they need to go.
Residents may use the gym. We are currently asking that only one person be in the gym at a time, and that you clean the machines/weights you use before and after your workout.
Pets are allowed in the grassy Common Areas and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Pets are not allowed on the Golf Course or in Common Area Facilities. Per our Rules and Regulations C. Pets 2. “All pets must be on a leash while outside.”
Per our Rules and Regulations K. Leases 3. “No lease/rentals for less than 30 days.”
Guests are able to park on the street in front of your house with a parking permit. You can obtain the permit at the HOA Office. If you need a permit and the office is closed, call Lynn Ross at 760-343-0612 or Sue Lane at 760-343-2026.
For the Sheriff, Paramedic, or Fire call 911
If you need help picking up someone who has fallen, call 911 and tell dispatch what you need
For problems in the park (water leaking onto the street, entrance/exit gate won’t open or close] after hours, call the after hours number 442-300-8096
We have many ways to find out what is happening here at Ivey Ranch. Naturally, this website, and our Data Channel through Spectrum, channel 98, and our monthly Round-Up.
You can also ask to be put on the mailing list to receive updates directly.
