Residents are now able to enter and exit through the back gate. Your gate pass will open the gates.
Pets are allowed in the grassy Common Areas and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Pets are not allowed on the Golf Course or in Common Area Facilities. Per our Rules and Regulations C. Pets 2. “All pets must be on a leash while outside.”
Per our Rules and Regulations K. Leases 3. “No lease/rentals for less than 30 days.”
It’s a Wrap Restaurant is located in the clubhouse. They are open Tuesday through Friday 9 AM-7 PM, Saturday 9 AM-2 PM. You can dine in, carry out, or request delivery.
Guests are able to park on the street in front of your house with a parking permit. You can obtain the permit at the HOA Office. If you need a permit and the office is closed, call Lynn Ross at 760-343-0612 or Sue Lane at 760-343-2026.

If you need help picking up someone who has fallen, call 911 and tell dispatch what you need
For problems in the park (water leaking onto the street, entrance/exit gate won’t open or close] after hours, call the after hours number 442-300-8096
